1. Digital Marketing & Consultation Services

Refunds

All our digital marketing, advertising, SEO, PPC, and consulting services are custom-tailored based on each client’s unique business goals and strategy. Due to the personalized and resource-intensive nature of these services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced.

However, a partial refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started or deliverables/milestones are still pending.

  • A written cancellation request is submitted within 3 business days of signing the service agreement.

Cancellations

To cancel services, clients must submit a written request to:

If work has already started, you may be billed for completed portions of the service, hours worked, or expenses incurred. All work completed up to the cancellation date will be documented and made available upon final settlement.


2. Subscription-Based Services (e.g., Monthly Retainers)

If you’re subscribed to an ongoing service such as SEO retainers, PPC management, or monthly digital strategy packages:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@codecuratechnologies.com.

  • Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.

  • No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within the current billing period.


3. How to Request a Refund or Cancel a Service

To request a cancellation or refund, email:

  • Service name or agreement number

  • Reason for refund or cancellation request

All refund and cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


4. Final Rights and Legal Governance

Codecura Technologies INC reserves the right to:

  • Approve, deny, or partially fulfill refund and cancellation requests based on supporting evidence

  • Withhold deliverables until all pending dues are cleared in the event of cancellation

  • Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice

All disputes, claims, or actions related to refunds, cancellations, or service agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
